DR. TERRY L. JONES
ThD, PhD, LCCC
Dr. Jones (or Dr. T, as staff and students know him) holds a BA in Christian Education, a Master’s degree in Christian Psychology, a doctorate in Theology as well as a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling. Most recently he has served as District Superintendent for a non-profit Christian School specializing in education to students with unique learning abilities. He has served in Pastoral ministry for over three decades and is ordained by the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel.
Dr. Jones has been instrumental in developing a strong leadership team across the ministries of Destiny Align Ministries and Destiny Achievement Center, bringing together a talented, caring and dedicated team of staff equipped to meet the needs of our students. His experience also includes teaching in various schools (both private and public) as well as college level. Dr. Jones also brings his experience working on the executive level of several non-profit organizations to Destiny Achievement Center. His experience in those roles include both serving on committees and executive leadership teams, as well as organizational reconstruction, staff training and development and managerial coaching.
Dr. Jones believes that “an exceptional education must include instruction in solid biblical truth, not just in the form of scripture memorization and re-telling of biblical events, but in infusing scripture and biblical history into the very spiritual DNA of every student. Only when an individual can practically apply biblical truth into every aspect of their daily life can true life transformation begin”.

Mrs. Linda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Relations with concentration in Early Childhood and Adolescent Development. She also holds a teaching degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Linda has first hand experience with the Accelerated Christian Education model of learning having attended and graduating from an ACE School. .
Ms. Linda comes to Destiny Achievement Center with extensive experience as an educator both in the public and private school sectors. She has served as Lead Supervisor for over five years as well as having served as a Principal of a private school in Bradenton, FL. During her tenure as Principal, her campus was awarded Quality School Status with Accelerated Christian Education twice (sy 2015-2016 and 2016-2017). At Destiny Achievement Center, Ms. Linda serves the school as Lead Supervisor with direct oversite of both the Elementary and Learning To Read Learning Centers.
Two scripture that have motivated Ms. Linda in her life are Psalm 27:1 and Isaiah 54:13 which says “The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?” and “All your children shall be taught by the Lord, And great shall be the peace of your children”.
PATRICIA SCHAEFFER

Ms. Patricia has been a lifelong resident of St. Petersburg Florida and comes to Destiny Achievement Center with an extended history in child care and early childhood education. For ten years Ms. Patricia owned and operated an in-home Daycare as a licensed provider. Additionally, she has nearly 10 years of educational experience within both the public and private school sectors teaching children with unique abilities and at-risk children. Before coming to Destiny, Ms. Patricia worked with children learning the foundational principals of math and reading.
Ms. Patricia says that “God has put a special place in my heart for children” and it definitely shows through her nurturing and compassionate approach with our Early Learning students. Ms. Patricia joins the Destiny Achievement Center team as the supervisor of the Learning to Read center.
